- Be Responsible
BELIEVE
A lot of times we just can't accept something's the way they are.
We find it difficult, disturbing or sometimes even impossible to accept the reality, even if it's right in front of us.
It's normal. It's human. Because our mind always tries to protect us from the unpleasant things in front of us to protect our dear expectations and while our mind isn't the bad guy here trying to protect us, it's still not good or healthy for us.
The point is there would've been many times you saw thing's right in front of you but chose to believe the opposite.
Remember the fuckboi you thought was in love with you... Inspite of all the red flags he waved
Or
After having an intensive debate bout a math answer and then it turns out that you were at fault
Or
The fact that you are fat, and the reason is you just can't stop eating all the junk you've been eating your entire life and are to lazy to get off that couch
Or
It might be something more critical like your loved one taken far away from you and the fact that you might never get to see them again...
Now I know given your circumstances and mindsets
Some things might be harder to accept than the others
Some emotions hit harder than others
But at the end of the day...
We've to ACCEPT.
We can't stay delusional for our entire life .
Yes. They hurt you. Now you've to accept the fact rather than being delusional and creating an apology on their behalf in your mind which you might never receive.
Yes. You were wrong, but don't you think we all are at some point in our lives. Suck it up.
Yes. You're fat. Unless you accept that you'll never do something about it.
Yes. It's gonna be hard getting over their death. There are gonna be sleepless sobbing nights,
But you've to believe in yourself, that you can do this and you have to look yourself in the face and move forward.
Stop believing the facts that do not exist.
Facts that are created by your mind to please your expectations.
REALITY IS ALWAYS IN FRONT OF US.
WE JUST NEED TO OPEN OUR EYES AND BELIEVE IN WHAT'S already IN FRONT OF US.
- BEING RESPONSIBLE :
Once you start facing the reality.
The world is gonna seem like a dirty nasty place.
In short:
You're definitely not gonna like it.
That's where your will power and mental strength comes into picture.
You've got to take accountability of everything.
External as well as Internal.
Stop the blame game.
Stop saying they did you wrong.
Stop saying your parents didn't raise you well.
Stop saying. Blaming. Making excuses.
While all of it might be true.
RIGHT NOW YOU GOTTA FOCUS ON :
Now what?
What am I gonna do about it now?
How can I get better?
What is it that I need to do?
What is the way out?
Trust me.
You've got all the answers within you.
Yes. You do.
Be true to yourself.
Stop being afraid of reality.
Start embracing it.
You can. You know how to. You just have to take the first step.
Believe the facts.
Accept the reality.
Take responsibility. ❤
